Do you work with my insurance company?
No, currently services are provided on a private pay basis through credit card, check, cash or HSA. I am aware that this can create a financial burden for some families and am committed to providing the best quality of care for your time and finances…even if this means recommending a different provider to meet your needs. Let me explain why:
By design, I am a small practice committed to providing individualized care that supports your family’s priorities without barriers such as obtaining a doctor’s referral, waiting for preauthorization and limitations on the type and number of sessions covered.
By working outside of the insurance system, I can offer immediate availability, with no waiting.
I am free to create a fully individualized plan, tailored to your child’s needs—not dictated by what a policy will cover.
By avoiding the cost and time needed to navigate the system of approvals, denials, and billing, I can stay focused on what really matters: helping your child communicate and thrive.
Choosing speech therapy is an investment in your child’s future and you should get all of the information you need before selecting a provider. Contact me for a free consultation to discuss your child’s communication needs.
What if my child has already been evaluated or has an IEP?
We will be happy to review recent evaluations from your child’s school or another therapist. On a case by case basis, we will determine whether there is sufficient information to write a treatment plan or if additional evaluations are needed.
